Hey There, this is the Member enrollment page by the Casa Bella Gold Association. We collect your info, verify it for member data accuracy, confirm if the payments are reflecting in our statement and then send to printer for printing. All card data as printed would be as submitted by you. You need to confirm if the data you share is ok to print. Any card printed would follow the data as submitted. Any info printed as per data submitted would be final. If any change is required, AFTER verification and approval stages would be chargeable.

Eligibility: Cards would be mandatory for all members. Children below age 12 are allowed entry, basis parents card. Cards for children below age 12 are not mandatory.

Costs: Each Card would be charged a nominal fee of Rs. 150/- per applicant card. So if you are a family of 4, applying for 4 cards, you would need to pay a sum of Rs. 600/- for 4 cards.

Process: The following text is a summary of the process and various nomenclature we use during the data collection and processing of the same. Kindly Note, The application should be filled in one sitting only. Partial applications on one day and balance on next day are not technically possible on this platform. Hence kindly be ready with all info, Photographs and then start the application process.

  1. You will need to register your primary phone number and PIN for getting updates about the card data, and the stage it is at. The Primary Phone you use to register is the USERName and the PIN you setup is the password to your data. Please make a Note of the same as it might be useful for editing and/OR checking status of the card.
  2. The Member and Vehicle Info submitted by you would be verified by your Cluster manager.
  3. The verified card info is then finally approved by the association Accounts team after Payment Verification.
  4. At any stage, if the info is incomplete, or wrong, the application can be rejected by the respective entity and the member can edit the info for resubmission.
  5. Once the Member info and Payment Verification is complete, the card would be queued for printing at the printer. Typically, 15 days or a minimum bulk quantity once queued up, the printer would print the card/s and your primary phone would be sent an update message. Your Login PIN can also be used to check updates at various stages.
    • Photographs: Please Submit photographs in a Passport form, with white background if possible. Look straight into the camera, without any side pose etc. These photos are going to be printed on your member cards, so let them be something you would be proud of even 2 years later.

In case of any doubts, feel free to consult your cluster Manager. The cluster Manager has been introduced to this process and would be able to help. He/She can also escalate the query to the technical team to get a resolve.
